I wish I could enjoy the ending of TADC (not disliking)

Firstly, I just want to say that I'm kind of going through a difficult time of my life; one that will definitely be over eventually, but until then, I don't really have anything I can do besides wait. All this to say, I wish I could enjoy the ending of TADC. As a transfem who is still waiting for hormones, my biggest fear in life is dying before I transition, which is similar to what Jax/Daisy went through in the ending. As stated in the title, I think the ending is beautiful, it's just that I am currently unable to make peace with it. Hopefully one day in the (near) future when I'm doing better, I'll rewatch it and be able to experience it as I wish to.
