Is it internal damage or endometriosis

Im getting checked for endometriosis in about a month for many reasons one of them being im unable to do any kind of penetration during masterbation. And its extremely frustrating. But ive recently come to realize that maybe theres another cause of it. One of mt exes would fuck me often. Even when I didn't want it. There was one instance he was extremely rough with me and it was very painful. I was able to have penetration for a while afyer but have eventually been unable to have it at all. Is it possible I have internal damage and thats why i dont feel any pleasure from it?
