Anker/ Bluetti alternator chargers on a 3rd Gen Tacoma

Has anyone installed these? Do you actually get 800w of power to your spare battery while driving? Laws of electricity have me feeling like an alternator upgrade may be needed. What’s the 411 on this? I have. Dometic cfx3 and a Anker Solix F2000. I wanna keep the Anker Solix charged up while driving So it it always topped off when I get to camp.
