Emicon Advisory Services – Associate Consultant Trainee interview experience?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently shortlisted/considering appearing for the Associate Consultant – Trainee walk-in drive at Emicon Advisory Services LLP, for the Oracle Cloud / Workday track.

I received the details from HR, and the role seems to involve training followed by work on Oracle Cloud/Workday projects. The selection process mentioned is:

Written/aptitude assessment
Technical discussion
HR discussion
Final selection

I wanted to ask if anyone here has recently appeared for an Emicon interview, particularly for the Associate Consultant/Trainee role.

I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience regarding:

What was the difficulty level of the aptitude/written test?
What kind of technical questions were asked?
Was the technical interview focused more on programming/SQL or on Oracle/Workday concepts?
For someone who is technically strong, what areas would you recommend preparing particularly well?
Were there coding questions or mainly conceptual/technical discussion?
What should I expect in the HR round?
How was the overall interview experience and selection process?
If anyone has joined through this drive, how is the training period and work environment?
Any advice regarding the 6–12 month training period and the 3-year service agreement would also be helpful.

I’m already comfortable with technical concepts/programming, so I’m mainly trying to understand what Emicon specifically tends to test and what level I should prepare for, rather than general interview preparation.
