Questions for trans MtF and cis partners: Going off HRT to conceive.

Like the title says. My wife (32) is trans MtF and I (32) am a CIS female. We are wanting to conceive naturally so after five years of my wife being on HRT she is going off to hopefully restore fertility/sperm production.

So my questions are for couple who did the same thing.

-How long did it take for yall to get pregnant?
-Did you find anything successful in boosting sperm/testosterone production?
-What do you wish you had known be for the hormone change and conception journey?
