How shitty is the attitude toward love in general in your country? Would you want to move somewhere else to find your person?

In Germany, people tend to treat a partner like a function: they pay half the bills and keep you company. Half the population are serial cheaters, and the people on dating apps are as stupid and unserious as it gets ("I don't know what I want" as a tag, lol). I'm from another country, and I absolutely don't understand how they can feel even a tiny bit of dopamine from this arrangement.
