Dual Channel memory fail to POST suddenly on MSI B760M P DDR4

Hey!!
I have been using the MSI B760M P DDR4 with i5 12400F and 2x 8GB DDR4 RAM sticks. But suddenly for past few days it stopped to POST and the EZ Debug light goes like:
Red > Yellow > Red > Yellow..... a couple times a stuck at Yellow.

Thinking my RAM sticks are malfunctioning I bought two new ones 2x 16GB Patriot Viper. Still I get same issue. So I tried using single stick in all the four slots one by one at it POST normally.

So the issue is as soon as I hook the second stick in dual channel it fails.

Can you guys please help.

I tried CPU stress test on single RAM configuration and no BSOD or anything I got.
