Which Texan College is best for premed?

I originally wanted to go to UT austin but I'm worried about the partying because im an easily distracted person. TAMU is good but im worried that i might not be able to find a place there since there isn't a lot of diverisity there. I also considering UTD but all I see are bad comments about it. UT houston seems good but I'm not sure how I'll do with commuting because I don't have a car and never used metro before. I'm just hoping to find a school with a good pre med course that is culturally diverse and most importantly cheap!
