I got my nexplanon Wednesday the 9th, ever since it was put in (like when she asked me to feel it right after insertion) I haven’t felt the rod thingy once

I have terrible anxiety about everything so it’s probably nothing but I’m just wondering if I should be concerned, I don’t have any swelling left and minimal bruising from the entire experience. I’ve quite a few times starting feeling the area a lot more than I should just because I’m fearing something is wrong because I haven’t felt it once. Is it a weight thing possibly ?? I weight about 180lbs my arms are pretty thick if that could be it. Sorry just concerned
