Should I purchase iCloud+?
I recently got an iPhone 16 (128GB variant). This is my first iPhone, and I’ve been an android user for the past 10+ years, and have always used drive as my cloud storage option.
Now that I’ve got an iPhone, iCloud becomes the default cloud storage. But it’s just pathetic that Apple just provides 5GB of free storage, and I’ve already utilised around 4.8GB of it. I’m concerned that I’ll run out of storage pretty soon. I also have close to 15GB of storage used up on my google drive as well.
In this situation, my dilemma is should I invest in iCloud+ or perhaps purchase google drive and figure out a way to integrate google drive with the Apple ecosystem. From a usage perspective, storage would mainly be for photos, and videos.
Is it worth going for Cloud+? Or are there better alternatives to consider?
