Myntra sucks

Is anyone facing the same? Myntra customer care has stopped responding. I requested call me now they called but the product I clicked call me now for was not in the call options. They won’t respond on messages/chat anymore either. They delayed my order by many days and still not delivering it. They have given a date that is much much after the festival and I wanted it to be delivered so I can wear during the festival. THESE PEOPLE RUINED MY MOOD TOTALLY.
