Mostly sim racing PC

I'd like to build a PC to expand the amount of games I can play. I'll mostly be using it for sim racing but might use it to download the odd movie or streaming (this is least important, I have other options).

I have a monitor and can order from microcentres.

Budget is $2000-$2500 AUD although anything cheaper would be preferred 😊
