Need opinions/advice

I just started collecting Pokemon cards and I have 2 full arts already—korean that says AR to be exact. And on my birthday, we're going to a card show. There would be a vendor that I'm looking forward to meet that does "no dead pulls". Like they have resealed envelopes with a full art or higher, it also has a probability of a booster bundle, pack, etc. I don't know if I should still go for it. I'm in the Philippines and each pull is ₱400. Thanks in advance!
