Getting to terminal 2 by 4am

We need to catch a 6am Air France flight in terminal 2 in mid November. I am looking at staying at one of the closest hotels from airport. Realistically I want to be at terminal 2 by 4am (international reservation). Too early for tram. Uber or cab? Or just start walking around 3:30am? Is it safe?
