Tokyo BDSM scene in April 2027?

I’ll be in Tokyo solo for 2 weeks and would like to check out the local BDSM/kink scene. I’m fluent in Japanese, have 10+ years’ experience, and am bi/poly/switch. While I've been to Japan 5 times, I have never gotten to actually check out the BDSM there.

I know I can check FetLife for events, so I’m more interested in what else is out there—local groups, recurring events, socials, venues, word-of-mouth, etc.

What’s the general vibe of the Tokyo scene? Is it fairly welcoming to experienced foreigners who speak Japanese? Any etiquette or other things worth knowing?
