Watch guys are the most insecure out of any collecting hobby

The only reason imaginable that someone online could get so worked up about saying you dislike a watch model is because their watch is the only appealing thing about them. I can guarantee you 9/10 watch “enthusiasts” use it to overcompensate for personality, looks or both. They’re the second biggest over compensators next to cologne guys but that’s a whole other discussion.
