Playing a game today vs death guard - would you change anything and what/why?

It’s for casual play and I’ve made the list myself. I’m still very new to the genre, so I’ve taken some units that seem “easy” to understand.
Wrath of the Rock seems easier to play than other detachments and the stratagems is pretty straight forward.
