Vasectomy reversal and cycling in long term

Hi, I wanted to ask from your experience or the people you know about vasectomy reversal surgery and potential cycling in long term.

Mainly, I'm interested in case of successful healing and 3 or 4 months after, is it safe to go for couple of hours rides frequently?

In many places, limitation is for about initial 8 weeks but i believe it's quite optimistic. Logically thinking (but I may be wrong), there are microscopic stitches on a connection that in case of long ride could go into some inflammation due to friction. And my goal is to preserve the connection in the long term.

I'm currently 2.5 months past vasectomy using closed ended vasectomy and due to ongoing congestion pain and also big mental regret would like to plan potential reversal. I would like to make a thoughtful decision knowing the risks and also possibility to scar the connection with time. But also I would like to prevent potential blowouts in epididymis and damages there.
