What do I show my boomer parents too convince them that anime (animation) isn't only for kid's (I'm a anime nerd for the last 10+ years)

So I think the basic would be aot or bebop bit I'm also leaning towards witch hat, just wanna know what the community thinks 🤔.....has too be a good dub (my dad is a lil illiterate and my mom likes her vodka) so a good dub is a must and very little fan service unless it's tastefully done I guess but I don't want them too think it's porn with story. I guess I'm asking if I start them on the classic first anime or you have a better suggestion for my boomer parents who grew up thinking animation is for kid's (they watch garbage TV shows with the worst acting idk how they enjoy it but f me not gonna yuck their yum)

They seem too like mystery dramas if that helps at all. I have at least 10 shows I wanna start them on but I wanna hear the community voice on it. I was thinking cowboy bebop, aot, witch hat, deca-dence, odd taxi, frieren, delicious in dungeon, cyberpunk, vinland saga, orb the movement of the earth. What did you show your boomer parents?
