Help this is important

I just got my gws204 hybrid had it for like 6 days then suddenly today, I started the car then the gauges were on but not the main screen, I checked the battery it had 9V in it so I jump start it then nothing really happen gauge still on and main screen was still off, I put high beams then it turn of every display then the main screen turned on for a few seconds and off while the gauges were still on, I can’t put it out on park and window rolling really slow I really need help of this issue please
