Android 17 / LineageOS 24 bring-up feasibility on 5.4 kernel

Hi everyone,

With Android 17 bringing stricter minimum kernel requirements (Linux 5.10 baseline) and modern eBPF dependencies, I was curious about the technical roadmap for lisa.

Given our devices' 5.4 kernel tree, are there ongoing community efforts or plans to backport the necessary 5.10 features (eBPF, Binder, cgroups) to keep lisa viable for Android 17, or is the focus shifting toward a GKI kernel port?
