Please help me to choose the best panel for lenovo thinkpad T440P?

I gonna upgrade screen so I did some research on the internet and forums. I don't have suggested panels on my country. Also I cannot ship from out of country beacuse its forbidden in my country.

My options: N140HCE-EN2 REV-C4, N140HCE-EAA REV-C1, LP140WF3-SP-L1(not D1).
