Community Rules Need Updated/Are Kind of Vague?

Hello, I'm someone that identifies as an Alchemist. I use a variety of decks and not necessarily Tarot. I read the rules, but then saw more rules posted recently, that doesn't reflect the ones in the community tab. So I'm unsure which rules I'm supposed to follow.

Second, looking at these flairs I'm a bit confused (I hope I picked the right one) and am curious how readings work? Like, do we have to do it in a DM? Do we do it on reddit? Do we do face cam? Etc.

Also, it's not clear if we o ly have to use a tarot deck. It would make sense, of course, but one of the decks I use frequently, is my alchemy deck. I also use zodiac stones, as well as unorthodox methods for reading tarot. More intuition based than typical symbology.

It's my understanding that I would need to wait till Saturday to try to do readings, is that correct? If so, I guess I will wait till then. But I guess my question is... Why? Why does someone have to wait till Saturday to give out a free service?
