What to do if minors are listed in the agreement to sale?

Im planning to buy a flat in bengaluru in a property. We got the initial legal documents and sent it to our lawyer who gave us a green signal. We went ahead and signed the agreement to sale. Between the buyers an issue has been raised regarding the minors in the agreement to sale.

Based on my searches it is mentioned that there should be a court order if minors are involved.

There is a JDA signed.All the public sectors banks and private banks have approved the property.

Are we in risk ? What should we do now?
