Hands and feet feel tight and itchy

My hands and feet feel like I’m wearing really tight rubber gloves and socks all the time. My feet sometimes swell but never my hands. My wrist do swell at night. They kinda itch too. I have suspected MCAS and irregular heart rhythm. I see doctors this coming week for both reasons. But it’s unnerving. I can’t sleep well because of it. Any suggestions. I’m also a controlled diabetic with great numbers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 😊
