How are creators budgeting for multi-shot narrative sequences without burning $40+ per scene?
Trying to lock character motion across 3 to 4 sequential cuts always turns into a credit burn. Even with end-frame control, dialling in camera velocity or lighting usually requires 2–3 rerolls per take.
For those running narrative shorts or commercials: are you rationing your visual variety to fit monthly subscription tiers, or have you found a way to run open-weights batch workflows without maintaining your own local rig?
Curious how creators are handling production economics right now.
