I did a dumb thing

I recently started a YT channel and was trying to export my most recent video. I had one thing selected wrong and it said my file would be 240gb. We had 236 available on the hard drive. So I decided to delete the sims, with the intention of reinstalling after uploading and deleting my video. Then I realized I had something wrong selected in davinci and it went down to 3.2. Yes, I’m an idiot. But…is there any way to recover my save files now? In my forever world, I only had one sim family I truly enjoyed and loved, but I feel so sad that I deleted to free up space that wasn’t ultimately needed and may have deleted everything I loved.
