Mortgage Discharge fee

Hi all,

I am a TD bank mortgage customer and my mortgage is coming for renewal in a few months and I am considering switching lenders after the term ends.

I have heard TD is notorious to structures the mortgage in such a way that you would have to pay some amount when you switch lenders. My balance is between 350k to 400k. How much should I anticipate to pay? I also have a HELOC with TD.
