Best areas in Austin?

Looking to move to Austin soon from out of state for work. Any recommendations for areas to commute from if working downtown/east Austin (trying to keep to a 35min commute or less if possible…less being better).

Trying to find a 1 bedroom apartment with a private yard, but most I’ve seen are in the tech ridge area. Open to any recs!
