Drop vs pvt mbbs vs mbbs abroad

For a govt gmc i lack around 60-80 marks and i am confused about my options should i take a drop or go to pvt collage in india or go for pvt collage in abroad my parents are insisting that i take a drop since i have medical condition and its not exactly good for me to go outside home and live alone in a place where i know no one i am both afraid of wasting a year and at same time worried about what will happen if things dont work out in abroad or pvt india because of my health condition plz guide me i had already droped a year and its gonna be my second drop if i take this year
