Your son is not the man of the house

This might be something unique to where I’m from but I’ve seen this both online and real life. Your son is exactly that your child. He’s not the man of the house, a spare parent, or an overlord over his younger siblings (especially his sisters.) Being a mentor or even being overprotective of his siblings isn’t a bad thing. Im an older sister I get it but one thing my parents solidified was boundaries. So many times I’ve seen a parent allow their son to boss whoever around because “he’s the man of the house.”
