Looking for a Pre-Seed Investor / Equity Partner – Café-on-Wheels Startup

I’m looking for a co-founder/friend who already has the capital to invest and is genuinely interested in building a food truck with me from the ground up.

I’m from Rajasthan, and I’m looking to build the first unit in Delhi or Mumbai. Either city works for me.

I already have the core concept, initial planning and execution direction. What I’m looking for now is someone who can put in the capital while I take responsibility for turning the idea into an actual business.

The first phase will be research + execution, covering market validation, location research, competition, manufacturers, equipment, suppliers, permissions, costing, operations, staffing, branding and the complete financial model.

The research isn't just to decide whether to start. It's to prepare everything needed to actually start. Once the research is complete, the full CAPEX, OPEX, working capital and launch requirement will be mapped out with real quotations and validated numbers.

I’m offering a 50/50 equity partnership. You bring the capital and build this with me as a co-founder; I’ll handle the research, execution, operations and day-to-day business.

I’m deliberately keeping the detailed concept private here because I’d rather explain it to someone who is actually interested in building it.
