TSA swabbed my clothes and an alarm came up, which led to my pants coming off.

It all started because I opted out and asked for a private room. TSA swabbed my pants and an alarm came up. I don't know which one, they said some chemical alarm. I had washed my clothes with free detergent given to me by the hotel. Cheap no name brand stuff. Could that have been the cause for the alarm on my clothes? I can't think of any other reason why.

Because of this alarm, they said the only way to "clear the alarm" was for me to pull down my pants and show my underwear, so I did. I can't help but think that this free hotel detergent is what led me to that embarrassing moment. Could I have avoided this by buying some better detergent?
