TSW 6: West Coast Main Line: Birmingham - Crewe worth buying?

West Coast Main Line: Birmingham - Crewe is on sale now on Xbox store with 30% discount. Not sure if it's worth buying for 25Eur from 35Eur full price for a route released an year ago.

Should I want for another sale with bigger discount? Or do you think it's the lowest it will go for?
