Are these rules fair for a austic adult?? Or too strict??

What do people think of my moms rules for when I sleep in this room? Im an autistic adult aspergers.

What rules would you give your autistic adult child for sleeping in a backyard guesthouse/playhouse??

Yesterday and today I posted about my mom allowing a backyard building room to be built in their backyard for me an adult autisic only child.

I posted in the autism parenting section.

My mom and I agreed locking me inside is a bad idea so we agreed on a push button lock that when you open the inside of the door the lock pops up and the door opens so I can get out.

What rules would you give your kid for safety sleeping in a separate building in your backyard??

I also sleepwalk so I need rules for that.

My mom will put a list on the inside of the backyard building room door for me to follow for safety and common sense.

So far one one my moms rules is if a want to sleep in the proposed backyard room id have to be inside the room building at 10pm.

The room would have no windows so once the door would close to the outside you wouldn't be able to see outside.

The no windows thing is unpurpose to keep the room dark for the lazer light shows and automatonic puppet shows.

Even though i wouldn't be locked inside anymore my mom would have a rule that the backyard building room door has to close at 10pm and not open until 8am.

Also my mom doesn't want me up all night watching tv, online, or playing video games.

What rules would you or either people suggest??

The room will be 200 sqaure feet.

Have electricity, air conditioning and heat

The inside walls will be painted sky blue with yellow butterflies on it.

The inside of the door will be painted sky blue with yellow lemon slices in the background.

The inside would have rugs, bean bag chairs, a futon that turns into a bed.

Also my mom doesn't want guests being invited to the backyard building room to hang out.

The reason i repeat myself and ask so many questions is because im autistic.

My mom at 10pm will walk outside from the main house to the backyard building room to check on me. At 10 pm my mom will say goodnight to me and close the door to the outside but not lock the door.
