Training experience: 4 months

I’ve been training for a while and this is where my physique is currently at. I’m trying to build a more aesthetic physique with a wider back, better shoulders, fuller chest and arms, while keeping my waist relatively lean.

My biggest focus right now is improving my V-taper, shoulders, upper chest and arms. I feel like my overall proportions are decent, but I still have a lot of room to improve in terms of muscle size and definition.

Workout Split

I currently train around 5 days per week.

My split is:

Day 1: Push — chest, lateral head

Day 2: Pull — back, rear delts

Day 3: Shoulder press and arms

Day 4: Leg

Day 5: Abs

Day 6: rest

Day 7 : rest

For arms, I mainly use curls, hammer curls, triceps pushdowns, overhead extensions and pressing movements. I progressively increase either reps or weight rather than just chasing heavy numbers.

For activity, I try to stay active throughout the day and get regular steps.

Diet

currently I don't know how many calories I'm eating but I might roughly around 2200-2300 with approximately 70-80 g of protein.

I don't follow an extremely restrictive diet. I mostly focus on getting enough protein, controlling calories and eating reasonably consistently.

Personal experience

The biggest thing I've learned from training is that consistency matters much more than having the perfect routine.

I've had periods where my training wasn't consistent, and progress obviously suffered. Getting back into a proper routine made a noticeable difference. I'm now trying to be more disciplined with training, nutrition and recovery rather than constantly changing programs.

I'm posting this because I'd genuinely like some feedback.

What do you think are my biggest weaknesses right now,

Any honest criticism is welcome.
