Having the feeling of being followed by someone famous. I was Also being followed by family but they were wearing someone else's face

Anyone have the feeling your being stalked by famous people? Or family members following you around town but they are in disguise.

I physically lashed out at someone cuz I thought she was my mom following me. I hit her with some flowers I was carrying. I also threw coffee on a lady cuz I thought she was my sister.

Anyone else ever have thoughts like this?
