1 month post op

I have been doing the saline rinses 2x daily since week 2 of the op when instructed. But I feel I should stop since i started I never had big mucus plugs or snot nothing only 3 stitches and the saline, which is normal time for them to drop. But I've been getting migranes and severe pressure my eye lids will swell and get puffy. 2nd follow up appoitment is yet to come. I went to the ER with a migrane headache it felt like my head was gonna burst. Did CT no infections or purferations. I'm starting to think its the rinses causing all this infflimation and stabbing pain. I told the nurse she said that its fine I don't think it is tho. I have been taking allergy meds and tylenol for pain even though it doesnt help. I dont feel clogged or in pain just dry, but after I do the rinses its stabbing and throbbing.
