Excuse the poor art of Chad cultivating 😔😭

So basically I was wondering if the addition of something akin to cultivation or just soul strengthening in general would benefit the story.

I know Bleach already has various ways for characters to train and grow stronger but thats usually only accessible for characters that already have immense potential and talent.

What im envisioning would be more of a way for the weaker characters to surpass their limits. I use the image and verbiage of cultivating but I'm really just thinking of a way weaker members of the cast ( \*cough\* \*Chad cough) c\* ould train their souls .

It could either be something thats built into the world , like forming a soul core ( this is kind of out of place and not really my pick) or it could be something like introducing your soul to stress and seeing how it adapts; I was thinking Urahara could introduce the latter as a form of experimental training for individuals like Chad or other low potential soul reapers.

Basically the idea is characters would be placed in scenarios where their souls endure extreme stress and the idea is to see if they can grow from it. E.G Chad fighting a horde of hollows in HM for 48 hrs without sleep, food, or drink.

Basically, to sum up my post. How would you like it if Bleach had a limit breaking aspect to its power system? That way characters like Chad had an opportunity to stay relevant .

What if Bleach had some form of cultivation?
