LF: vendors/collectors who trade/buy chinese cards

So I've opened before I couple of Terastal Gathering packs (Chinese Terastal Festival) and I have a couple of bulk, Eeveelution EXs and some Pokeball/Masterball/Full Art hits.

Do you guys happen to know any specific vendors who would be happy to trade in Chinese cards?

Also, Collectr is starting to have some Chinese Cards displayed already. I've been to some card shows already, but some still practice 50-60% of JP price despite the CN price being available. Should I insist on sticking with the CN price or still stick with the JP to CN pricing? What are your thoughts?
