How to actually Kiss someone?

I'm 18M and haven't had an actual first kiss before, I kissed 2 girls I remember in Elementary School but I don't think that really counts.

I am aware of things like good hygiene, not to rush, maybe not using tongue or definitely not sticking it in just slightly introducing it gradually.

I wanna know what makes the difference between a good/great kisser and a bad one, I don't really wanna have a bad experience or give that to one.

You can see how people kiss in movies to shows, but I wonder how much of that visual learning actually is helpful... do you have any advice, I would like to get as much as possible.
