How are you finding reliable chefs or even cooks ?

/m on indeed , craigs list , / am offering 200$ to my cooks just to bring in people for 2 weeks and an additional 300$ if they stay for a month . All m/ people are longterm and then a couple have moved . Now / cant find anyone who will even show up for interview . Anybody living in Boulder/ Denver area looking for a hustle . Starts at 20$ located in Louisville. If you are worth more / pay more . For now I’m back in the kitchen which is where i started , but damn I’m old now .
