Modern Immersive & Adult/Pure alternative?

Hello together,

There is a lot of talk about the big 2000+ mods modlists that make everything complicated and extend the load times to coffee breaks, but I am interested in a smaller true vanilla plus collection that keeps the game as "casual" as it was in 2011, but is up to date to modern standards. The closest to that is Immersive & Adult/Pure, but that has not received any major updates since several years. Is there a collection/modlist like this that does not feel tedious and feels fresh for someone who has not played Skyrim in the last 5 years or so?

My dream modlist would include improved graphics (but not high end), QoL improvements, some new content/quests/lands, especially things released in the last few years since I already know all the older stuff and some fanservice on top (but without explicit p*rn), and without any new mechanics that distract from the core gameplay. (I don't even want to use the official survival mode and I don't plan on going fishing.)

Is there anything like that out there?
