Incident Outside the Queens?

Not trying to be a Nosy Nancy but I have 2 friends that work there and I'm hoping its unrelated. Did see a MVA on Front street but I'm not sure if that would warrant the number of squad cars present. Sorry mods, I'll delete this shortly.
