Pin to Community

I understand Twitter/X announced they were phasing out the Community feature months ago, however, it's still up. I run a community on Twitter and noticed the 'pin to community' option was gone after I finally updated my Twitter (stupid, I know).

Is anyone still using an older version of Twitter and can confirm the pin to community option is still available? If so, I'm wondering if I can uninstall Twitter and find an old version of it online and install it so I can get that option back. It was such a useful option to post updates for my members.
