Looking for a Traditional Punjabi Life Partner
I’m a 28 year old Punjabi Khatri man, 6’1”, 82 kg, living in Punjab. I’m a doctor and am looking for a compatible life partner with whom I can build a close, loving and family oriented life.

Family and children are my biggest priorities. I genuinely believe raising children is one of the most meaningful things a person can do. Some of my happiest childhood memories are of spending time with my siblings and mother after school and during holidays, especially around the food and warmth she created at home. I’d love to give my children the same kind of childhood and hopefully an even better one.

Ideally, I’d like to have 2 to 4 children, although the exact number should ultimately be a mutual decision between us. I love the idea of a lively home filled with children’s voices, toys, laughter and family memories.

I’m looking for someone who also wants children and is enthusiastic about being an involved, loving mother. I completely respect that she may have a career of her own. Ideally, it would be a career with a reasonably balanced lifestyle rather than one requiring very long or unpredictable hours.

About me
I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, spending time at home and having a passionate, affectionate relationship with my partner. I’m not particularly interested in travelling frequently and don’t follow politics much. I value a private, peaceful family life and would rather focus on our relationship and home.

Privacy and boundaries are important to me. Once married, I believe the husband and wife should function as an independent family unit. I’m very close to the idea that personal disagreements, private conversations and intimate matters between spouses should remain between the two of us rather than routinely being shared with parents or siblings. I would expect the same boundary from myself, regardless of which side of the family is involved. I also believe both families should be treated with love and respect while understanding that the couple ultimately makes decisions for their own household.

I’m non vegetarian. You can be vegetarian or non vegetarian, but I’m not looking for a vegan lifestyle because I don’t think it would be compatible with mine.

I’m someone who puts a lot into a relationship. I enjoy making my partner feel loved and cared for and have a generous side. I like gifting gold, clothes and other things to the woman I love. I’m attracted to feminine Punjabi fashion, including boutique suits, and I particularly like blonde or golden hair and leopard or cheetah prints, although these are simply personal preferences rather than requirements. Similar vibes with my mom and sister.

I would ideally like my wife to take my surname after marriage, as I like the sense of having one shared family name for husband, wife and children. I see marriage as building a new family unit together, while still maintaining healthy and respectful relationships with both sets of parents and siblings.

Looking for someone warm, family oriented, affectionate and emotionally mature, who genuinely wants children and is excited about building a close knit home. Punjabi speaking would be preferred, and I’m open regarding caste. Shared values, goals and compatibility matter much more to me than caste.
If our ideas about marriage, children, family boundaries and lifestyle align, I’d be happy to get to know each other and see where it leads.

Note- Biryani eaters are not compatible with me, whether punjabi or non punjabi.
