Is C1 Baizhu worth it over C0 Iansan?

The team I'm talking about is Kinich/Durin/Nicole/Baizhu with Baizhu on either Nobless Oblige or Deepwood Memories depending on what's better. If not, how close is it?

I kinda wanna run it and I'm curious if dendro resonance + res shred is enough for the missing Iansan. If it's not close to Iansan, it must be atleast close to Emilie, right? 😭

(Sorry if this has been asked already)

(Maybe I'm coping)
