Had to stop playing Osrs because my hands hurt

Over the past 3 months I've developed significant discomfort in my finger and wrist joints in both hands. I've never had this problem before.

I've had to stop doing certain bosses that cuase the discomfort to flair. Has anyone experienced this before? What should I do? I'm really sad because I love this game but it's getting harder to play.

I'm taking a break since most other games don't cause the same level of discomfort.
