I 17f am terrified because of bleeding from self penetration

I 17f used a pretty large toy yesterday night with no lube and during “that” I felt a little pain and noticed bleeding I looked it up and cant get a clear answer on what I may have done, I’m bleeding enough that I need to use a small pad and I feel slight pain but I can’t tell if it’s just me over reacting, to add I’m also not a virgin and this has never happened to me before and I can’t talk to my mother about this as she’s not home and would get very upset at me and I’ve never had sex ed so I don’t know what to do. I’ve taken medicine to see if the pain would go away I took two Excedrin but I’m still hurting a little and spotting what should I do?
