Migraine ‘test’ exist?

Hi gang!

I’m just wondering if anyone can offer some advice.

Is there a test or quiz out there which can tell me if it’s migraines I am suffering from?

I get headaches which then deteriorate to the point where lying in a dark room is the ONLY thing possible (I can’t even move without getting a serious case of the voms), i get pressure and it feels like my brain is expanding past the point of my skull, I can’t eat or drink (because voms) and then I get the serious chills.

If I can manage to get to sleep, it usually knocks it off but then I feel a bit floaty for a couple of days after, like a tape or video being played on slow motion.

I want to go to my docs, but worried they’ll give me the old ‘just a headache, take painkillers’ nonsense.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
